- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed)
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe Inc. — we do not store card details
- Usage data: access logs, funnels created, app preferences
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device (for security and diagnostics only)
3. Purpose of Processing
- Providing the FunnelManager service (contract performance)
- Managing payments and subscriptions via Stripe
- Customer support and service communications
- Security and fraud prevention
- Product improvement (aggregated, anonymous data)
4. Legal Basis
- Contract: processing necessary to deliver the subscribed service
- Legal obligation: retention of fiscal and accounting records
- Legitimate interest: service security and fraud prevention
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years after account closure (fiscal obligation). Technical logs are deleted after 90 days.
6. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data. We share it only with:
- Stripe Inc. — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Groq Inc. — AI funnel analysis (anonymous, non-personal data)
- Hetzner Online GmbH — server hosting (EU)
