Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using FunnelManager (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Raffaele Mele, VAT IT5166761005, Fiumicino (Rome, Italy).
2. Service Description
FunnelManager is a SaaS application for designing, simulating and analyzing marketing funnels. The Service includes:
- Visual funnel editor
- Metrics simulation (visitors, conversions, revenue)
- AI analysis via Groq (paid plans)
- Read-only share links (paid plans)
3. Account and Responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. We will notify you of any detected unauthorized access. Do not share your credentials with third parties.
4. Plans and Payments
- Free Plan: free, 1 funnel, no AI
- Medium Plan: €19/month, 5 funnels, AI included
- Max Plan: €79/month, 25 funnels, AI included
- Lifetime Plan: €97 one-time, 10 funnels, AI included, no subscription
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no refund after 14 days from purchase.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For subscription plans you can cancel at any time from the Account section in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For the Lifetime plan you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase under EU consumer law.
6. User Content
You own the funnels and data you create on FunnelManager. You grant us a limited license to store and display them within the Service. We do not use your data to train AI models.
7. Limitation of Liability
FunnelManager is a simulation tool. Projections and calculations are estimates based on data you provide and do not constitute a guarantee of results. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on the Service's data.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent use or non-payment.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
